Desk redesigned

The aim of this project was to design a high level concept of an intranet desk platform. Based on requirements analysis and integration, interviews and user profiling, the concept was generated. Interaction design methods, making use of user journeys, and service design were used throughout the process and shared with the clients to reach a common point of view.
