[one_half padding=”0 10px 0 0″]Part of the Public Administrations innovation plan for Smart Cities, SPAC3’s goal is to create a digital platform that allows citizen to manage and discover public services. The platform, currently experimented in field trials in Milan and Bergamo, customizes the public service offer in accordance with the user’s profile, and allows the citizen to schedule appointments with the desk through a cloud calendar. [/one_half][one_half_last padding=”0 0 0 10px”]BSD had the responsibility of user research, citizens engagement, interaction & service design and field experiment. I have been hired to further develop the service concept, to refine and streamline the service interface – still keeping it on a concept level-, and to design a scenario-based storyboard for the communication of the service features.[/one_half_last]
The project was funded by Regione Lombardia and realized in partnership with universities, research centers and other companies.
